Green Cars Initiative has been created in order to promote efficient and environmentally technological solutions. Currently, among others, the following units have announced their participation in the initiative: the Association of Polish Electricians and the Institute of Electrotechnics. All the interested entities were invited for participation. The Project has a legal form of consortium established as a legal form of cooperative relations.

Green Cars Initiative has been created in order to promote efficient and environmentally technological solutions. Currently, among others, the following entities have announced their participation in the initiative: the Association of Polish Electricians and the Institute of Electrotechnics. All the interested entities were invited for participation. The Project has a legal form of consortium established as a legal form of cooperative relations.

We present below the main clauses of the Agreement of Green Cars Consortium, which specifies the aims, principles of acting and the organizational forms :

1. The cooperative relations as a  coalition of the companies, organisations and the physical units runs own activity under the form of the consortium. The entities which are functioning under the Consortium shall remain a complete legal, organisational and financial independence.

2. The main aims of the projects :
·    a gradual eliminating the oil from Polish economy,
·    creating and developing the electrical vehicles market,
·    improving the design of non-combustion engine vehicles,
·    promoting the electric vehicles and the renewable energy sources
·    organizing the cooperation between an education, automotive industry, energy sector and teritorial autorities
·    integrating the participants of the electrical vehicles market,
·    supporting and implementing the new solutions in a sector of  non-combustion engine  vehicles  market
·    implementing the new technologies for the electrical energy storing,
·    cooperating with the foreign entities within an implementation of the innovative solutions.

3. A subject of the Consortium activity includes taking up joint ventures, the aim of which consists in gradual elimination of the oil usage and creation of the electrical cars market, especially including an implementation of new technologies and organizational solutions, production, scientific researches, development works, industrial researches, pre-competitive researches, conducting the advertisement and promotion campaigns.

4. The organizational structure of the Consortium is created by the following bodies: the Council of the Consortium, the Management Board of the Consortium, the Coordinator of the Consortium , the Office of the Consortium.

5. The Consortium is concluded for a time necessary to execute the aim for which it was concluded, providing that a day of signing this Agreement is deemed to be a date of the Consortium creation.

Every company, organization and physical entity can be a participant of  Cluster,  providing, it accepts the aims specified in the Agreement. The last day of a year, when 90% of vehicles in Poland will utilize the electrical engines as a powertrain source, is deemed to be a day of the Agreement termination.
